All content on this website — including photos, text, designs, logos, and jewellery pieces — is the intellectual property of SUNDAY and is protected by Greek and EU law. Reproduction, copying, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without written permission.
3. Products
Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted, and slight variations may occur between the item and the photo shown. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT (where applicable). SUNDAY reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices applicable are those valid at the time of order.
5. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed via email. Payments are processed securely through Viva Wallet, which supports all debit and credit cards from Greek and international banks. All transactions are encrypted and handled through Viva’s secure system.
6. Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days. In periods of high demand, delays may occur. SUNDAY is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed during checkout.
7. Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns, except in cases where the product is defective. In such cases, we offer a replacement at no extra cost.
Customers must contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving their order, providing a description and clear photo of the issue. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
8. Liability
SUNDAY is not liable for any damage resulting from misuse of its products. Our jewellery is delicate and should be handled with care.Please follow the care guide available on our website at www.sundayexquisite.com.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon publication.
